Nasturtium - The Natural Hair Loss Treatment

Nasturtium

Tropaeolum Majus

Nasturtium is a flower you can grow in your garden and it doesn’t need any special conditions, just moist soil. But not many people know that it’s more than a flower which decorates our houses, gardens and patios. It’s got healing properties and it’s regarded as an ancient remedy for hair loss.

Both nasturtium leaves and flowers can be added to salads, smoothies and cosmetics. However, I always feel guilty picking them up cause they look so bright and colourful – they enliven my space. Next year, I may think of growing even more….
