Any raw
food smoothie will do to boost your energy levels. But adding wild food will
give an extra bonus to your drink. Not only will it raise the nutritional value
of it (dandelions, nettles, daisies and nasturtium = minerals, protein, vitamins
A, B, C, D and K), but it will give it a completely new definition of a
FLAVOUR.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 orange
- 1 apple
- juice of 1 lemon
- a handful of young dandelion and nettle leaves
- a handful of daisy flowers
- a handful of nasturtium flowers
- 1 cup of mineral water
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend
until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
You can put smoothie in a glass jar and store
it in the fridge for up to two days.
