Mango Oats Porridge


This porridge is simple and delicious. Mango adds a lot of sweetness here so you don't need to add any other sweeteners. It's also very refreshing at the same time, leaving you feeling light and energised.


Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk

Preparation:

  1. Put the oats, water and coconut milk in a saucepan over a medium heat and bring to the boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, peel and whizz the mango in a blender until smooth.
  3. Spoon the porridge into a bowl and stir in the mango puree. 
  4. Serve and enjoy :)
