This porridge is simple and delicious. Mango adds a lot of sweetness here so you don't need to add any other sweeteners. It's also very refreshing at the same time, leaving you feeling light and energised.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
Preparation:
- Put the oats, water and coconut milk in a saucepan over a medium heat and bring to the boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, peel and whizz the mango in a blender until smooth.
- Spoon the porridge into a bowl and stir in the mango puree.
- Serve and enjoy :)
