I can describe this porridge in three words: nutritious, filling and coconutty. For coconut lovers like me :)
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup millet flakes
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 handful of coconut flakes, toasted
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with some coconut flakes on top.
Serve and enjoy :)
