Mint and Fennel Tisane


Are you feeling heavy after Christmas? The truth is we are more likely to indulge in and devour enormous amounts of food during the festive season. We don't mind extra units of alcohol as well. But, as a result, our stomach suffers.

We are likely to experience bloating, gas, wind, heartburn and stomach cramps. But, here comes the rescue. Fennel and mint are commonly used remedies against all sorts of gastrointestinal disorders. This herbal infusion will help to relieve all those nasty post-Christmas indigestion symptoms.

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon mint 

Preparation:

Place the herbs in a large teacup and fill with boiling water. Let infuse for 10-15 minutes. Drink 2-3 times a day when you suffer from the symptoms mentioned above.
